Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the client to clarify the requirements and provide them with a solution.
  • Manage and process unit pricing tasks within the client platform.
  • Handle income processing tasks.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Complete case workflows promptly and accurately by following defined operational processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in BPO operations (have experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills to calculate and update unit prices accurately.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written, verbal English and Vietnamese communication skills, including documentation and case management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage case processing efficiently.
  • Familiarity with asset pricing, income processing, or financial transactions is a plus.
